Recruiting fees are justified when candidate retention is high. RNM Recruiting is sensitive to this and we have based our recruiting engine with this concept in mind. Generally long-term marriages are forged when placing candidates who were not actively looking for “just a job,” but only looking if there is a right opportunity and a right “fit.” This candidate has the ability to be patient and logical when evaluating a potential employer instead of dealing with emotional drivers that may create urgency in the job search. This “urgency” may increase the chances of overlooking items that may not have been overlooked otherwise. RNM Recruiting prides itself on high retention rates and credits this as the number one reason for long-lasting client relationships.

RNM partners closely with internal recruiters, seeking to complement their efforts by presenting candidates not yet identified. This alleviates the friction that frequently exists between internal and external recruiters. RNM Recruiting sees its role as supplementing/complementing the needs of HR Recruiters when called upon.
